BMW 325Ci Convertible 2004

Regarded by many as the best looking 3-series ever, the E46 body is a bold statement of longevity and staying power that perhaps hasn't quite been eclipsed in the designs from the Bavarian company since.
 
This 325Ci is the elusive convertible, a rare find these days, especially so in this condition! Boasting a slick Mysticblau Metallic finish paired with beige interior and an oh-so-classy dark blue top, the colour combination on this one is truly something to behold. We wonder why more first-time buyers didn't spec theirs out quite like this? It's stunning.
 
A local Malaysian car, imported brand new and registered in 2005, it shows only 81,000km on the clock. It's a later batch facelift model and a high-spec one at that, with electric memory seats (we hardly ever see the memory seats!). On its third careful owner now, the car has been lovingly cared for throughout its life and it certainly shows. No mechanical faults have been noted, with the engine running as smooth as you'd expect (maybe even moreso?).
 
The previous owner is a fussy guy, with no expense being spared in maintaining this beauty. Parting with the car only due to an incoming sports car purchase, this E46 comes with the past 3 years of service history under his ownership. The bills amount to over RM56k across those years and encompass both regular maintenance, mechanical work and cosmetic upkeep. Needless to say, this baby is cared for like no other.
 
Further evidence of meticulous care is clear to see with the airbags having been replaced as part of the TAKATA airbag recall campaign by BMW. It's a little thing that many overlook but it goes to show just how particular the previous owner has been with his car.
 
Even the tyres are just a year old with plenty of drive left in them along with the car having just been serviced a little over a month ago. Most recently, the previous owner has replaced a leaking power steering pump. Would you believe it, he did it just a day before bringing it over to our place. His excuse?
 
"Not good to sell a car knowing a repair is needed!"
 
The next owner is a very lucky person.
