Porsche 911 Supercharged 1990

This here is a special 911, unlike any out there. Stripped and rebuilt from the ground up, the owner has spared no expense in realizing his vision of the ultimate air-cooled 911.

We'll start with the cosmetics. This 911 was stripped to bare metal and subsequently converted to a wide body using original metal 993 Turbo panels off a donor car. It features GT2 arches, spoilers and rear wing to complete the look. The body was then clad in Malibu Blue with a green metallic sheen. It is a most elegant finish that photographs fail to bring out. This paint job must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. The car features 2-piece Gemballa 18" wheels in white. The body has been finished off with wheel colour matched decals.

The interior has been fully reupholstered in a leather and alcantara combination. It features electric semi-bucket sport seats and a Gemballa club sport steering wheel. The air-conditioning system has also been fully replaced with new Wurth twin blowers, cooling coil and compressor. This 911 received a brand new windscreen to top it all off.

Moving onto the mechanicals, it is no small feat matching up to the cosmetic work already exhibited. However, this 911 manages to not only deliver, but top it. Most prominently featuring a fully rebuilt engine with added TPC supercharger, it is good for a cool 370 horses. A unichip has been installed to ensure peak performance.

993 Turbo suspension arms and the brake system have been lifted straight off the aforementioned donor car, coupled with brand new Bilstein sport shocks and a set of new tires.

To round it all off, a custom built exhaust system with sports valve has been fitted.

Now we've been scratching our heads in search of just the right words to describe this particular 911. While certainly not for the purist, it exudes quality and attention to detail in every facet of its build. From the themed cosmetics to the dialed in mechanicals, it is difficult to find fault in what surely even exceeds the expectations of the current owner. Heck, even the sunroof works perfectly!
