@wakwam well, it definitely will have an impact on the current market, though time will tell exactly how much. We have seen, and we predict further increase in demand for local cars that fall within the 25-35 year range. Yet, we have also seen sellers who are unrealistic with their asking prices. It's a very fluid market as always, and will remain so.
Values themselves will depend on the model. If a car wasn't holding much value before the regulation changes, then don't expect any movement now because of it.
A good line of questioning that we perhaps might explore further in a future blog post. Cheers!
With the new regulation where classic cars imported must be 35 years of age or more what will be the impact to the local current market and demand? what shud we customers be bracing for?
